KBR is seeking an Administrative Specialist to be based in Fort McMurray on a project supporting the Materials and HSE Teams. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


·          Data entry into applicable spreadsheets and systems

·          Coordination of HSE requested information/data with client

·          Trouble shooting errors and/or discrepancies

·          Preparation of HSE Incident/Near Miss packages as per client requirements

·          Assisting in other duties as required.




·          Strong computer skills primarily in MS Excel and MS Word

·          Experience working in an office environment

·          High sense of organization

·          Strong attention to detail

·          Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

·          Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·          Ability to problem solve.

·          Team player

·          Minimum of a high school diploma and 8 years of office experience.


This role is on a 14 and 7 rotation working 10 hours per day. Travel and accommodations will be provided to those that live outside of the Fort McMurray area.
