ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTANT - BILLING (FORT MCMURRAY)

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

 

KBR is seeking two (2) Associate Accountant - Billing to be based out of our Fort McMurray office. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

 

·          Responsible for accounting policies and procedures regarding client labor billing

·          Maintenance of client project rate sheet including but not limited to burden rates, deductions etc.

·          Initial analysis of balance sheet accounts, and management financial reporting for major and minor reporting errors within the client billing system and KBR Oracle system

·          Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional.

·          Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.

·          Typically requires an undergraduate degree, or, equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·          An undergraduate degree. Equivalencies may be considered.

·          Strong attention to detail in a fast paced work environment

·          Excellent MS Office skills

·          Oracle experience an asset

·          Local to Fort McMurray preferred.
