KBR is seeking an Project Control Administrator to be based Corunna Ontario supporting the Materials Team. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Directly reports to the CMT Contracts Manager on site.


Contracts duties:

• Update Force Report data for all contracts

• Validate timesheets against rates

• Validate manhours against Gate records

• Update T&M spreadsheets

• Calculate totals required for Project Controls Certificate of Payment


Project Controls duties:

• organize and manage numbers for weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner

• Validate and check tracking information sheets for discrepancies in the data.

• Develop graphs, templates, procedures for reporting purposes.

• Some on-site field work may be required.


Other duties as required.

• PPE may be required for site.

• Must be able to validate and self-check work. Work independently of others


Must have intermediate skills in Excel, Word Power Point, some database knowledge is helpful.


Duration of position: September to December 31, 2013




· Strong computer skills primarily in MS Excel and MS Word

· Experience working in an office environment

· High sense of organization

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to problem solve.

· Team player

· Minimum of a high school diploma and 3 years of office experience.
