TURNOVER ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

 

KBR is seeking a Turnover Administrative Assistant to be based on our Mod Yard 2. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

·          Data entry into applicable spreadsheets and systems for tracking of documents/QC packages

·          Preparation of client packages (creating copies, scanning into databases etc.)

·          Trouble shooting errors and/or discrepancies within data

·          Requisitioning of materials within Oracle

·          Assisting in other duties as required.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·          Strong computer skills primarily in MS Excel and MS Word

·          Experience working in an office environment

·          High sense of organization

·          Strong attention to detail

·          Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

·          Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·          Ability to problem solve.

·          Team player

·          Minimum of a high school diploma and 2 years of office experience.
