KBR is seeking a QC Administrative Assistant to be based on our Mod Yard 2. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


·          Compiling inspection reports for client based on inspection reports from field QC Inspectors

·          Prepares client packages to include all required QC documentation and/or testing.

·          Works in conjunction with document control department to ensure all documentation is provided and archived

·          Data entry within applicable systems for reporting, tracking and scheduling purposes

·          Maintain high quality standard of qc documentation, data entry and client reports.

·          Communicate and liaise with client and staff on a daily basis.

·          Assisting in other duties as required.




·          Previous experience working in a QC environment required.

·          Strong computer skills primarily in MS Excel and MS Word

·          Experience working in an office environment

·          High sense of organization

·          Strong attention to detail

·          Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

·          Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·          Ability to problem solve.

·          Team player

·          Minimum of a high school diploma and 4 years of office experience.
