Turnover Coordinator - Quality




KBR is seeking two (2) Turnover Coordinators within our Quality Assurance group to be based on our Mod Yard 2 site. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


·          Responsible for maintaining quality assurance documentation consisting of data packages, various testing packages (Hydro Packs, NDE etc.) , technical specifications, purchase orders and other project-required documents as related to Quality Assurance

·          Updates and maintains document control record keeping system and welder ID’s.

·          Prepares transmittals and distributes data as directed. Interfaces with various clients, staff and subcontractors to meet project demands and assist in providing requested data packages.

·          Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments.

·          Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.

·          Other duties as required.





·          Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience

·          Previous experience working within industry is an asset.

·          Strong attention to detail in a faced paced environment.

·          Excellent written and oral communication skills

·          Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

·          Experience in Oracle is an asset.
